Now study the following verse of Quran , carefully.
57:20
Know that the life of this world is only a sport and a pastime, and an adornment, and a source of boasting among yourselves, and of rivalry in multiplying riches and children. It is like the rain, the vegetation produced whereby rejoices the tillers. Then it dries up and you see it turn yellow; then it becomes worthless stubble. And in the Hereafter there is severe punishment for the wicked and also forgiveness from ALLAH, and His pleasure for the righteous. And the life of this world is nothing but temporary enjoyment of delusive things.

6:32

And this world's life is naught but a play and an idle sport and certainly the abode of the hereafter is better for those who guard (against evil); do you not then understand?

6:70

And leave those who have taken their religion for a play and an idle sport, and whom this world's life has deceived, and remind (them) thereby lest a soul should be given up to destruction for what it has earned; it shall not have besides Allah any guardian nor an intercessor, and if it should seek to give every compensation, it shall not be accepted from it; these are they who shall be given up to destruction for what they earned; they shall have a drink of boiling water and a painful chastisement because they disbelieved.

7:51

Who take their religion for an idle sport and a play and this life's world deceives them; so today We forsake them, as they neglected the meeting of this day of theirs and as they denied Our communications.

29:64

And the life of this world is nothing but a pastime and a sport, and the Home of the Hereafter - that indeed is Life, if they but knew !

Quran wants us to be busy in responsible and useful things. It doesn't allow us to waste our lives in games and fun. Now you think for yourself about all kind of time-wasting addictions, like video games and music or money-wasting fun-rides, movies etc..and by-the way if LIFE itself is nothing , but games and fun, then why making it more worthless by indulging into games and fun, then! Better find a way out to the addictions...or else...be prepared for visual and mental losses...

What is the real loss, actually? What is the main dis-advantage of being IDLE?

Here's the answer;

9:69

As in the case of those before you: they were mightier than you in power, and more flourishing in wealth and children. They had their enjoyment of their portion: and ye have of yours, as did those before you; and ye indulge in idle talk as they did. They!- their work are fruitless in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will lose (all spiritual good).

..not visual or mental ...but spiritual...above all!
